Some miracles of the Quran on the Universe

BLACK HOLES

The 20th century saw many new discoveries about the universe, celestial phenomena. One of these entities, who only recently met, is the black hole. These are formed when a star has consumed all its fuel collapses in on itself, eventually become a black hole with infinite density and zero volume and the magnetic field very powerful. We are unable to see black holes even with the telescope more powerful, because its gravitational pull is so strong that light can not escape. The term "black hole" was first used in 1969 by the American physicist John Wheeler. Previously, we imagine that they were able to see all the stars. The word "Tariq" name of Sura 86, comes from the root "tarqa" whose basic meaning is to strike hard enough to make a sound, or hitting. Given The possible meaning of the word as "contras", "hard" our attention may be developing in this sura to an important scientific fact. Before analyzing this information, take a look at other words in the verse to describe these stars. The term "al-taariqi" in the previous verse a star through the night, that pierces the darkness, was born at night, piercing and passing, hitting, touching or strong stars. The word "press" comes from the verb to pulse. Under American Heritage Dictionary, the word means to pulsate, to beat. Encarta Dictionary defines as to beat rhythmically, to move or fight increasingly stronger. Again, according to the Encarta dictionary, the word "run", which comes from the same root, means to expand and contract with a strong time basis.

After this discovery, we realized that the phenomenon described in the Qur'an as "Tariq" fight, was very similar to the neutron stars known as pulsars.

The Neutron stars are the core of the giant stars Super Collapse. The highly compressed and dense matter in the form of a rapidly rotating sphere, compresses and traps the majority of the weight of the star and the magnetic field. The powerful magnetic field created by these neutron stars in rapid rotation has been shown to cause the emission of powerful radio waves observable on Earth.

In the third verse of Surat al-Tariq the term "al-al-thaaqibu najmu" which means drilling movement, or opening holes, indicates that Tariq is a bright star passing through a hole in the darkness and move on. The concept of "adraaka" in the phrase "What what will convey to you what Tariq is? "refers to understand. pulsars, formed by compression of the star several times the size of the Sun, are between the celestial bodies that are difficult to understand. The question in verse emphasizes how hard it is to understand that this star rhythm. (Allah knows best anyone.)

As discussed, the stars described as Tariq in the Qur'an describes a parabola pulsars in the 20 th century, and may reveal another miracle science of the Quran.

The Sirius Star

When certain concepts mentioned in the Qur'an are studied in the light of scientific discoveries of the century 21, we further miracles of the Quran. One is the star Sirius, mentioned in the Quran-Najm 49:

… It is He who is Lord of Sirius. (Qur'an 53: 49)

The fact that the Arabic word "shi'raa" equivalent to the star Sirius, appears only in Surat an-Najm, which means "Star", 49 is particularly striking. Because given the irregularity in the movement of Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, as a starting point, scientists found was actually a double star. Sirius is actually a set of two stars, known as Sirius A and Sirius B. The largest of these is Sirius A, the closest to the Earth and the brightest star we see with the naked eye. Sirius B, however, can be seen without a telescope.

The double stars orbit of Sirius dots in each other. The orbital period of Sirius A and B around their common center of gravity is 49.9 years. These scientific data is now accepted by mutual agreement departments of astronomy at Harvard University, Ottawa and Leicester universities.2 This information is presented in various sources as follows:

Sirius the brightest star, is actually a double star … Its orbit lasts 49.9 years 3

As you know, the stars Sirius A and Sirius B's orbit, the other in a double bow every 49.9 years4

The point that needs attention here is the orbit of marriage, in an arc of the two stars around each other.

However, this scientific fact, accuracy has been achieved only in the 20 th century, was miraculously indicated in the Qur'an 1400 years ago. When verses 49 and 9 of the Koran-Najm are read together, the miracle occurs:

It is He who is Lord of Sirius. (Qur'an 53: 49)

It was two lengths arc distance or more. (Qur'an, 53:9)

The description in the Koran, Najm-9 may also describe how these two stars approach each other in their orbits. (God knows best.) This scientific fact that no one could know at the time of the revelation of the Qur'an, once again proves that Quran is the word of God Almighty.

The structural differences between the sun, moon and stars

We built seven firm layers above you. We have installed a lighted lamp. (Qur'an, 78:12-13)

As we know, the only source of light in the solar system is the sun. With technological advances, astronomers discovered that the moon has not been a source of light but only reflects the light that reaches the sun. The term "light" in verse above is a translation from the Arabic word "siraaj" which aptly describes most of the sun, the source of light and heat.

In the Qur'an, God use different words to describe these celestial bodies like the Moon, the Sun and stars. Thus, the differences between the structures of the Sun and Moon are in the Quran:

You do not see how God created seven heavens in layers, and placed the moon as a light in them and the sun a lamp? (Qur'an, 71:15-16)

In this verse, the word "light" is used for the Moon ("Noor" in Arabic) and the word "lamp" for the sun ("siraaj" in Arabic.) The word used for the Moon refers to a reflection of light, bright, motionless body. The word used for the Sun refers to a celestial body that is burning, a constant source of heat and light.

On the other hand, the word "star" comes from the Arabic root "Najam," which means " appears, emerging, visible. "As in the following verse, stars are also covered by the word" thaaqib "which is used to shine and penetrates in the darkness with light: the consumption and combustion:

He is the star that pierces through darkness! (Qur'an, 86:3)

Now know that the moon emits no light itself, but reflects the fact that coming from the sun. We also know that the Sun and stars emit their own light. These facts were revealed in the Koran at a time when mankind simply can not afford to make scientific discoveries of their own volition. There was a time when knowledge of the bodies Celestial is strictly regulated, to say the least. This reinforces the miraculous nature of the book of Islam.

Orbits and ROTATING UNIVERSE

A the most important reasons for the overall balance in the universe is the fact that celestial bodies follow specific pathways. Stars, planets and satellites all rotate around their own axes and run with the system they belong to. The workings of the universe in a good order, as the wheels in a factory.

There are over 100 billion galaxies in the visible universe and each small galaxy contains billions of stars. Furthermore, each big galaxy contains many more trillion.5 of these stars have planets, and many of those planets have satellites. All these celestial bodies follow the most finely calculated paths and orbits. Over millions of years, each has evolved their own way, in perfect harmony with everyone else. Moreover, many comets moving along your path.

In addition, roads universe are not limited to a few celestial bodies. The solar system and even other galaxies also exhibit considerable motion around other schools. Each year, the ground system and solar power with him, go to a distance of 500 million (310 million miles) from where they were last year. The orbit followed by the earth never changes, because even a 3 mm deviation would cause catastrophic disasters: If the difference was 2.5 mm instead of 2.8 mm, while the orbit is very large, and each time would freeze. If the difference was 3.1 mm, which would be burned death.6

Another feature of the bodies Celestial is also revolve around their own axes. The verse that says "[I swear] by Heaven with its cyclical systems" (Quran, 86:11) indicates that the truth. Naturally, when the Quran was revealed, people had no telescopes to study bodies millions of miles in space, advanced observation technology or our modern knowledge of physics and astronomy. Therefore, it is impossible to establish that space had "perfectly plotted" (Quran 51:7) as described in the verse. The Koran, however, revealed At this time, provided clear information on that. TRACK OF THE SUN

Highlighted in the Qur'an that the Sun and Moon follow specific trajectories:

It is He who created night and day and the Sun and Moon each group in a field. (Quran, 21:33)

The word "swim" in the above verse is expressed in the Arabic words "Sabah" and is used to describe the Sun's motion in space. The word means the sun does not move randomly in space, but it turns around its axis and follows a course like him. The fact that the sun is not in a fixed position, but follows a specific trajectory is also shown in another verse:

And the sun will place rest. The decree of the Almighty, the Omniscient. (Quran, 36:38)

These facts stated in the Qur'an have been discovered by astronomical advances our time. According to the calculations of astronomers, the Sun moves along a path known as the Solar Apex in the path of the star Vega at incredible speed of 720,000 km / h (447,000 mph). Basically, this shows that the Sun traverses some 17280000 kilometers (10.74 million miles) a day. Just as the Sun itself, all planets and satellites within its gravitational field also travel the same distance.

Moon's orbit

And We decreed for all phases of the moon, until it ends up looking like a branch of the date of seniority. This is not the sun to overtake the moon nor the night outstrip the day, each swimming in a sphere. (Qur'an, 36:39-40)

The Moon does not follow a regular orbit like the satellites of other planets. In orbit around the Earth, sometimes moving behind and sometimes earlier. As the Earth moves around the Sun, actually follows a constant pattern resembling the letter "S" in space. This route, traced by the Moon in space described in the Qur'an as resembling a branch of the old date and does not resemble the twisted form the date tree branch. In fact, the word "urjoon" as used in the Koran refers to a branch of the thin and twisted date is used to describe the left after the fruit has been chosen. The way this industry is described as "old" is also the most appropriate because the earlier date branches are thinner and more twisted.

There is no doubt that it was impossible for any person having knowledge of the orbit of the moon 1400 years ago. The way this model, identified by modern technology and accumulated knowledge, it was revealed in the book is another scientific miracle of Quran.
