We’ve talked before about using EMS machines as a means of building definition and strength when it comes to muscles. A few days ago one of us came across an article about how awesome these small pieces of home gym equipment really are, how perfect, how amazing your abs look after a couple of months worth of regular use.

If you’re fatter than a prize steer then no matter how much you use an ab belt, you’re going to see squat. Heck you can wear the damn thing for six months, morning noon and night and you’re still not going to have the much talked about 6 pick. Bottom line – if you’ve got a layer of blubber over your abdominals then all you’re going to see is … ?
Get with the program guys. These machines work. We know that much. You follow the guidelines (plenty around, both with the machines themselves and online) and you absolutely will feel the results. But. Fat is fat. And we ain’t never seen opaque belly fat. Disgusting as that thought is, it’s true.
To be able to see the improvement in the tone, to be able to see the definition you need to get rid of the jello belly. To do that you need to exercise and lose weight – i.e. get dieting, start jogging. None of that’s easy, we know, but that’ the only way you’re going to see any real results.

Styrofoam swim device?
Remember back in the day (early 1980) when they were flotation devices children facts Styrofoam? They had toys inside the tube type (such as that used now to save lives) and also were holes that had legs for young children. We have a pair of inflatable tubes with holes in the legs of children, but they are holes in them, and we must continue to buy more. And where I can buy something like styrofoam? I suppose I could bank a place, but it would be nice to buy just the facts. Vi make swimwear for young children with the foam inside the suit for the young can fly, but I'm looking for something that can be removed.
